Holiday Passport to the Arts

This holiday season Post-News Community offered a Holiday Passport to the Arts that features a performance of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas at the Buell Theatre along with a complimentary CD of the show’s great music. This special Holiday Passport sold out quickly, but be sure to look for a Spring Passport to the Arts featuring Denver’s best theater, opera, ballet and symphonic performances.
All proceeds from the Holiday Passport to the Arts benefit Season to Share.

Since 1975, the 9News Parade of Lights has dazzled roughly 375,000 people annually in the Rocky Mountain region by celebrating the season of festivities in a highly anticipated outdoor celebration, taking place in Downtown Denver. Viewers will delight in five giant balloons, ten brilliantly lit floats, ten high school marching bands, a community choir, beautiful horse drawn carriages, and entertaining performances by a number of talented participants. Admission along the two-mile parade route is free. The parade starts at the City & County Building at 14th Avenue and Bannock Street and continues through the streets of downtown Denver. |
